CARE 

ELEMENT OF M has carefully selected the collection of high-quality jewellery and accessories. All our jewellery items are sterling silver 925 and CZ stones and crystals (unless stated otherwise) and do not tarnish. 
To ensure the lifespan of your pieces, we advise you to handle the items with care.

To avoid stones falling out, avoid harsh knocks to the jewellery. 

Sterling silver and gold naturally oxidise with wear and time. It is recommended to keep jewellery dry to maintain the natural, flawless state. Avoid contact with lotions, scents, hairsprays or other cosmetics. 
Once again, please handle jewellery with proper care. When not wearing your jewellery, store in the provided pouch. 

To clean your jewellery and accessories, use the lint-free fiber pouch included with your purchase and gently wipe in circular motions or use warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled toothbrush.

Take off when doing any sort of physical activity and when sleeping. Sterling silver is a pliable metal that can be bent easily if not taken care of. 

At times the PH levels in your skin can affect the colour of the gold and silver 925. PH levels vary in individuals. This is not considered a fault of Element of M products and does not warrant a refund or return.
Our jewellery and products contain small parts and is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
